Planetary Civics
Orientation for action in the Anthropocene
Planetary Civics develops the knowledge, ethical orientation and civic imagination needed to act responsibly within a rapidly changing planet.
The initiative connects planetary perspectives with democratic practice. It creates curricula, learning programmes, public formats and conceptual frameworks that translate ecological interdependence into questions of agency, responsibility and institutional practice.
Working with partners from research, education and practice, Planetary Civics explores what responsibility means across generations, territories and species—and how societies can learn to act within conditions they can only partially control.

Politics for Tomorrow
Democratising transformation through shared practice
Politics for Tomorrow is our governance laboratory for democratic and institutional transformation.
The initiative works with politics, public administration and civil society to develop participatory processes, learning environments and new forms of cooperation.
Its projects strengthen the capacity of institutions and communities to examine difficult questions together, distribute responsibility intelligently and turn participation into consequential public action.

Living Values
Economic structures that sustain what matters
Living Values explores how social and ecological contributions can become visible, governable and financially viable.
The initiative develops commons-oriented partnerships, indices, financing approaches and cooperative operating models that connect societal value creation with long-term stewardship.
Its central question concerns how economic and financial systems can sustain the people, relationships and living foundations on which collective life depends.

Systemic learning across boundaries
10×100 connects cross-scale organising with polyrhythmic coordination.
Teams, organisations and sectors work through linked cycles of inquiry, action and reflection, each moving at the rhythm their context requires. Portfolio approaches reveal interdependencies, connect learning across initiatives and allow direction to evolve as conditions change.
The result is a living view of where efforts reinforce one another and where renewed attention can unlock progress – assisted by technology, turning distributed activity into shared intelligence.

Decision Design
Infrastructures for collective judgement
Decision Design connects complexity science, strategic foresight, data, models, technology and collective deliberation.
Its formats include scenarios, simulations, visual decision landscapes, debate environments and digital tools that allow participants to examine assumptions, understand trade-offs and integrate different forms of evidence.
The aim is stronger judgement in the presence of uncertainty, disagreement and long-term consequence.
